Using the Nomo app

The Nomo app is only available on iOS right now but we’re working to bring it to Android devices soon.

The Nomo app can be download in the App Store on iOS.

No. The Nomo app only works on smartphones.

In the Nomo app, go to Profile to toggle on or off Face ID. Alternatively you can do this from the settings on your iPhone.

Yes. We take security seriously and use Two-Factor Authentication to protect your account from fraud.

No. You can only sign into your Nomo account from one device.

When you open your account you’ll be asked if you want to receive notifications from us. You can turn off notifications in the Profile area of the Nomo app.

We’re only using push notifications and emails to contact you right now. So that you don’t miss out, we recommend you activate both.

In the Nomo app, go to Profile, and then send us the details of the issues you’re experiencing.
