In order to qualify for this promotion, you must satisfy all of the below requirements (the Requirements):
• you must submit your application for Nomo property finance before 23:59 (GMT) on 31st December 2026 and the date your Nomo property finance offer (the Offer Letter) must be for the re-finance of an existing facility you have; and
• the Offer Letter must be for a minimum facility of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds Sterling (£350,000) and a maximum facility of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds Sterling (£750,000); and
• you must instruct Lester Aldridge LLP to act for you in connection with your re-finance transaction; and
• you must complete on the re-finance of a property using Nomo property finance by the later of:
The date your Nomo property finance offer expires (please see the section headed what happens if you accept this offer letter on your offer letter to find this date); or
12 PM (GMT) on 30th April 2027
