Your card and account transactions are constantly checked in our systems to detect unfamiliar transactions. We will reach out to you from time to time to validate your transactions and protect your account.

Create a strong passcode when setting up your account. Don’t use passcodes that can be easily traced to you i.e., don’t use your birthday or the same passcode across multiple accounts.

Make sure your Nomo app and your device’s operating system are always up to date.

Enable 2-factor authentication where possible.

Protect your information by enabling the screen lock and passcode on your mobile device or tablet.

Make sure you keep your devices, anti-virus, and web browsers up to date with the latest software updates to protect you from known vulnerabilities.
