Think you’ve been a victim of fraud? Read our guide to reporting fraud

This quick guide will help you understand when to tell us that you’ve experienced fraud, and help you check if a payment is genuine or not.

A repayment/refund onto your account:

Some retailers use different trading names to their official business names. Companies such as eBay and Amazon can do this, so it’s always good to double-check if you’ve made a payment recently to any retailers, or if you are owed any refunded purchases.

If you’ve ordered something online using your Nomo account and haven’t received your goods, always speak to the retailer first to see if they can directly resolve the issue. If you still need support after doing this, please contact us at support@nomo.bank or ring us on +44 (0) 203 991 0400 to raise a dispute.

If you believe that you’ve shared your details with someone, or believe that your account has been compromised, let us know.

If you’ve received a phone call or email from someone you don’t recognise regarding your Nomo account, let us know.

If you still believe your transaction is fraudulent or believe that you’ve been scammed, please freeze your card immediately and contact us straight away. If you’re unsure how to freeze your card, you can find instructions on how to do this here.
