Top up by card

It allows you to add money to your Nomo account using your personal external debit card quickly and securely through our payment partner.

You can use:

· UAE-issued debit cards

· KNET-issued debit cards

· Apple Pay or Google Pay linked to eligible debit cards

Credit cards are not supported. Cards in your Apple or Google wallet will display eligible debit cards for authorization.

You can top up accounts in supported currencies such as AED, GBP, USD, EUR, SAR, and KWD.

Yes. All payments are processed using industry-standard security and authentication (such as 3D Secure where required)

A small fee may apply depending on your card and transaction type. Any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm the payment.

Most top-ups are processed instantly. In some cases, it may take upto 2-3 days to complete.

Common reasons include:

· Insufficient funds

· Card authentication failure

· Bank or network restrictions

· Temporary technical issues

You can try again or use a different eligible debit card.

Yes. You can choose to save your card securely for faster checkout next time.

Yes. You can schedule recurring top-ups using your debit card so your account is funded automatically.

For cross-currency top-ups, we apply our exchange rate at the time of processing. For future-dated transfers, the rate on the processing day will be used.

We’ll notify you if a recurring payment fails and try again on the next scheduled date. We will auto cancel your recurring transfers if there are three continuous attempts which are being failed as per scheduled frequency set by you.

Yes. Minimum and maximum limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits will be shown in the app before you proceed.

We do not store your full card details. They are securely tokenised by our payment partner.

You can view all your top-up transactions in your account’s transaction history.
